NOTE.

It is responsibility of the operator to:

1. Ensure the machine is in normal, safe and good working condition each time.
2. Timely report any abnormality to the maintenance technician for rectification.
3. Ensure the machine is always kept clean and neat.
4. Ensure the machine is not left in the operation state when there is no work going on.
5. Liase with maintenance technician to prepare a schedule of routine or planned maintenance checks.

The operator shall be accountable and fully answerable for the untimely reporting of machine abnormality that can lead to
breakdown.

During operation, the operator is advised to fully understand both safe and unsafe operation behaviour of the machines
