MUNIBA MAZARI : The Iron Lady of Pakistan

Muniba Mazari is an artist, motivational speaker, activist, TV host, and
Pakistan's First Goodwill Ambassador to UN Women Pakistan. Her speech
included to the video presented is very inspirational and motivational, inspiring
many people who have watched it. The video represented was spread throughout
the world by means of social media like Facebook and Youtube. It also became
popular because of her speech about overcoming fear and transformation of her
devastating loss into gratitude and acceptance.
I was fascinated about the story of Muniba Mazari because of her inspiring
get up when she realized she was at the point of the end of her life caused by a car
accident. It made me realized that in our life, a sudden change may happen in just a
single accident that might happen in our daily lives. It also became clear to me that
an individual cannot get up in a loss without someone’s help. A motivational line
included in the video once said “Real happiness doesn’t lie in success, money, or
fame. It lies within, real happiness lies in gratitude”, this line made me realize that
gratitude is the real happiness and not the materials that surrounds us. I became
more focused to the video when I heard that line which turns out that line is the one
that I need in my life, a real happiness. The time when Muniba Mazari tackles
about being motivated by her mother, that time I thought of having my mother by
my side and telling her my stories about my performances in school and
achievements on being an independent student. Having biggest fears can be
difficult but not overcoming our fears may be more difficult to do because it can be
a hindrance in our life and achieving our dreams. There is always a point in our life
that fears are far more like an obstacle you need to overcome one at a time to make
it to the finish line which is when we have overcome all the fears we kept inside.
There is also a line which made me realize that being differently able is more
interesting to be because of the motivations and inspirations you can get to make
life going. In addition, the quote of Muniba Mazari “We are all imperfectly
perfect” which cause to me realizing that life can be also beautiful even though
some are differently able because most of the time, the differently able is the one
who became an inspiration for the normal one to be motivated.
In conclusion, it is important to strengthen that we have to get ourselves
motivated and get going. Making mistakes or failure in our life is just a trial to
make out a better individual by not doing the same mistakes or failure again. For
me, the video represented to us is a challenge in making an achievement in our life.
I assume that the important thing to have is someone you can go to when you feel
down or not motivated.
