I.

Introduction
In this proposal, I will present some of the problems the bookstore has, present
the key needs to be addressed and conclude by making series of
recommendations on how to attract young customers.
II. Problems
Following a survey among families of young people, there are three common
obstacles that prevent them from reaching the store. The first problem is the
prices of the books, most young people think about this before buying any book.
Besides, the location of the bookstore is not easy to find, in an alley outside the
city center. Finally, I feel that the look of our bookstore is quite unattractive.
III. Key points to be addressed
We can totally settle these problems by creating more promotions, actively
advertising in the social media. In addition, change the layout of the bookstore
to make them trendier and more youthful.
IV. Recommendations:
I would like to make the following recommendations:
 Discounts on weekends, create buy 2 get 1 promotion on holidays, or give
some small gifts such as bookmarks, pens, old books, cute keychain, etc.
 Set up a fanpage and update the store's book resources, hire reviewers.
 Decorate the store so that customers can relax and check in. We should
buy decals with amazing designs, hang several beautiful pictures on the
wall, plant some ornamental plants.
V. Conclusion
There should be no delay in creating appealing factors to attract students in
visiting the bookstore. If these recommendations are implemented, the situation
is bound to improve.
