    Dear doctor,

    Hello doctor, this is shofi, here I will tell you about my health problem, so I have ulcer disease,
    when my ulcer recurs, my stomach will feel sick and nauseous. I have had ulcers for 2 years, my
    ulcers relapse when I forget to eat, and when I eat spicy food. So the reason I am writing this
    letter is to ask for advice about my problem, hope the doctor can help me
