My Business idea App (Let’s Be Healthy):

My business plan is based on my passion towards healthy life style, and in order
to decrease the percentage of obese people that have been increasing year by
year (ADD FACT i.e. percentage of obesity), I came up with an idea that will offer
a convenient service for those who are seeking healthy life style. My idea is
constructing an app called (Let’s be healthy), the whole idea is about joining and
dealing with number of restaurants that offer healthy food and diet centers
(setting up a contract with them) and involving different cuisines (i.e. Asian,
Arabic, English, Western food) through adding them in the app. The unique
selling point (solving a problem) through dividing the app into three categories
(Adults, Teenagers, and Children), the restaurants and the diet centers will offer
the suitable diet according to these categories. Customers can choose whether to
set up a contract with the joined businesses to follow a certain life style by
delivering (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the set up period of time (i.e. for a
month), or just request to deliver one meal (for the delivering service I’ll hire a
group of people to pick up the meals and deliver them to the customers’
locations). Otherwise, there will be another section in the app where the
customers can enter their weight + high + blood type, and receive a package of
diet recipes from professionals (all tips and recipes are for sale). The app will
also involve queries section, where the customers can post their questions
regarding their diet, and they will receive the answers from professionals (they
need to pay in order to receive the answers). Whenever a customer confirms a
request with a certain restaurant, diet center, or with a diet professional, my
business will obtain a percentage of their sales. Moreover, from a marketing
perspective, the theme of the app is going to be in green color, as it is globally
known that green color shows health and pureness. Additionally, I will do
different marketing campaigns (dealing with social media celebrates to market
through their blogs, posters, handouts, and sponsors). The first month of hosting
my app I will offer discounts, which will last for specific period of time.

Target Market: People seeking for healthy life style, Single Moms and Dads (as
they would like offer healthy food to their kids), or even busy parents.

Location: first it is going to be in Lincoln, and then I will start to expand

nationally and internationally.

*My business is going to be B2B from the suppliers’ side, and B2C from the
customers’ side

*Competitors: “Let’s eat healthy”, and search for other competitors as well.

importance of insuring a healthy life style by offering the suitable food for
the suitable age.

no one go for it
