    Dear Ma’am/Sir,

    I would like to request for a delay of payment for the tuition


    fee dues of my son, Shedick M. Lampay Jr. BA 3 rd year,
    amounting to P4,000. This is because our family right now has
    financial troubles, and we are on the process of addressing the
    issue. I promise to pay the dues before the end of next month so
    please allow my son to take the prelim examinations.
