Title of Story: Breaking Free

Ava was an only child, and since childhood, she was always forced to learn and do things,
even those that didn’t interest her. One time, when Ava, together with her mom, attended a
birthday celebration of one of her mother’s friends, the daughter of her mother's friend played
the piano, and everyone was amazed by her talent. Many guests praised her mom’s friend for
having a lovely and skillful daughter. After the party, Liam’s mom told her to attend piano class
starting tomorrow, and she should be able to master it before her mom’s birthday, which is 7
months from now. Ava knows that playing the piano wasn’t her thing and that she prefers reading
books. She still obliged, as it seems that her mother loves her more and gives her more attention
if she’ll obey her all the time.

Ava became submissive to her mother and would always do anything to please her mother,
even if it’s against her will. But one night, everything changed when her mom told her to pursue
modelling instead of studying medicine just because the daughter of her mom’s friend boomed
in her career as a model. Ava disagreed and decided to pursue medicine no matter what
happened. Her mother argued with her, but she stuck to her decision and defended her choice.
In the end, she wasn’t able to persuade her mother to agree with her decision. Worst of all, her
mother decided to provide for her financial needs during her studies. Despite Ava’s
disappointment at her mom’s decision, she still pursued her dream.

Ava is currently in her final year of college, and despite being a working student, she has
done well in her studies. As for her mom, she supported her after realizing that her daughter is a
human and not a robot which she can command and use to show off.
