Secondly, the choice of the TIMING. WHY is it chosen so? The duration
between 12NOON to 8PM has the highest natural light and temperature,
irrespective of the season and the geographical location. In our eating
process, our vitality contributes a lot of heat in the liquefaction of the solid
food. When the surrounding temperature is high, the body conserves a
lot of vitality in the process of maintaining the body temperature. It helps
the body to warm up for the digestion, effectively. This is the rationale of
Receiving or Eating time. Rest of the activities follow the order.
This is the total vitality-quotient2 of any moment, which is fixed, till death.
The green area is the conserved portion of the vitality and the red potion
is the vitality spent. The levels of conserved and spent portions go up
and down, keeping the total portion unchanged.
When we feel tired, the red area of the vitality-quotient increases. That’s
the ideal starting point3 of SLEEP. After the sleep, the green area
becomes effectively more, so is the SENSE OF LIFE. That’s the ideal
starting point3 for us to WORK. After working for some time, the red
portion goes up, a bit. With this, the body is warmed up to take the
digestion process effectively. That’s the ideal starting point3 for us to
EAT. Post eating, the body needs rest and the red portion of the vitality-
quotient goes up and so on. If we defy this order4, we suffer the blow.
