1. What is Communication?

Communication is the foundation of every relationship, no matter whether in private life or


professional life. Good communication style is critical in day-to-day life and when people are
doing teamwork. Communication is the transfer of information from one place to another or
from one person to another. Communication has three parts. The sender, the message, and the
recipient. Talking or writing and listening or reading good communicators listen carefully,
speak, or write clearly, and respect different opinions. Every communication requires at least
one sender, a message, and a receiver.

2. What is effective communication?

Effective communication is a process of exchanging ideas, feelings, knowledge, and


information such that the purpose or intention is fulfilled in the best possible manner.
Especially it gives chance to discuss, stimulate thoughts and creativity.

Emotional Barriers

Emotional barriers are happiness in negative emotional barriers and anger, frustration, stress,
depression, anxiety, trauma, and pride.

Cultural Barriers

Cultural barriers are challenges to cross-cultural communication within an organization.


When persons from different cultures who might talk different foreign language, have
different social beliefs or use different gestures and symbols to communicate, their cultural
differences might become barriers to workplace success.
Physical Barriers

The term physical barrier belongs to the conditions that act as a roadblock and prevent
effective communication. Physical barriers are described as structural barriers in both
humanmade and natural conditions that block effective communication so that messages
cannot be delivered from the sender to the receiver.

Language Barriers

A language barrier is defined as a barrier to communication following from speaking


different languages. There is a high-level probability that who will receive a call from
somebody who does not speak a similar language and must be ready to overcome this barrier
to help your caller.

2.1.1 Solutions to these barriers

If people remove extended enough two calm themselves down, someone can get a much clear
image of what is going on in there is life.

Ensure clear and polite communication know about. Learn about different cultures, improve
knowledge about culture and be open to trying new things.

Whether people are working with someone who knows his primary language as a secondary,
ensures languages that are used by another user.
3. Different communication methods

There are two types of communications methods

1. Verbal Communication
2. Non-verbal Communication

3.1 Verbal Communication

In verbal communication, an individual uses words or speech to exchange information or


messages. Verbal communication is concerning language, each written and spoken. In
general, verbal communication is used for sounds to express our feelings with others. Verbal
communication helps us to clarify misunderstandings and provide the missing information.
Primarily it gives a chance to discuss, stimulate thoughts and creativity. communication helps
us to clarify mistakes and provide the missing information.

3.1.2 Non-verbal Communication

Nonverbal Communication is the transmission of messages or signals through a nonverbal


platform like eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, posture, and visual communication. A
substantial portion of our communication is nonverbal. Experts have found that we respond to
thousands of nonverbal cues and behaviors every day, including postures, facial expressions,
eye gaze, gestures, and tone of voice. From our handshakes to our hairstyles, nonverbal
details reveal who we are and impact how we relate to other people.

There is much non-verbal communication in the world. The most famous case in the world is,

Everyone uses this case when someone feels happy or sad, can see on its face. Consider how
much information can be conveyed with a smile or a frown. The look on a person's face is
often the first thing in see, even before what they have to say.
4. Differences Verbal Non-Verbal Communication

The distinction between Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication is that in Verbal


Communication, thoughts or emotions are changed between people using speech. Non-verbal
communication refers to signals transmitted through facial expressions, posture, eye contact,
gestures, tone of voice, visual communication, and alternative ways.

4.1 Verbal Communication

▪ Verbal communication is used human voices, which speak a single word at a time.
▪ This communication method can take.
▪ Easy to understand.
▪ It is a more reliable method of communication.

4.2 Non-Verbal Communication

▪ The non-verbal communication method uses expressions, eye or body, and tone of
voice.
▪ This helps them properly understand what they are communicating nonverbally.
▪ The message is easily conveyed and understood by the recipient.
▪ No words or language are used in communications.
▪ Difficult to understand
How did you plan the event?

Planning is important to the success of any type of project. Group members are plan this
event online, we use different ways to communicate with our team members and collect
information to decide and discuss our project topic, and finally, we got What’s topic to do in
presentations. The topic is the benefits of IT to build up your professional life. To gather
some information about our topic we use online meetings to contact our team members. We
could and collect new information on our task. We could share our knowledge with team
members and help each other to finish their tasks.

▪ Team leaders are organized weekly meetings to talk about and solve our problems.
We could customize our project order to complete our final project information
through the weekly meetings.
▪ We got advice from our lecturer by using online media platforms. We have solved
difficulties using this online platform like what’s App and Microsoft Teams.
▪ We had to keep the social distance. So, the video conference helped us a lot.
▪ Made a list of the works have to do.
▪ Organize a to-do list or a “TASK PLAN”
▪ Design a professional schedule to support the plan and the event
▪ Good proper information is useful for the team leaders.
▪ Compared with the plans and categories are acknowledged and corrected.
▪ Checked out and discussed the progress of the tasks.
▪ Motivates privately
▪ Submit work on time.

How did you all discuss regarding the event

All team members are discussed through an online platform which is called Microsoft teams
software because of this covid 19 periods. all Members are joined to this, discuss if group
members have problems or any doubt. To share ideas documents and important things, used
text messaging, Email, and mainly WhatsApp. and all have a WhatsApp group, its name is
“HND Guys” and communicate with that.

There were several physical encounters and several people attended to this. That was a Sad
thing, including me, we’re unable to attend due to the pandemic.
The task planning schedule

Design a professional schedule to support the planning of an event, to include contingencies


and justifications of time allocated. Project members provide a massive number of ideas.
Then the leader can analyze and choose proper ideas. It helps correct choosing.

Planning is critical for each aspect of life. It’s important for a business because it is often
