Without people there is no organization. People have the big role.

They are the one who will achieve the goals of the organization. People
make ideas, generate solutions, and solve the problem. So,quality of
the people is important in organization. and that’s why there are
qualification standards. And also the reason why it is not easy to hired
people. They must be fit in the role on the organization. An
organization is reflection of its people. Everything they do will affect the
organization. To sum it up, people have the big role on the success and
its failure.
