1. INTRODUCTION
Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd (the “COMPANY”) intends to engage service (the “CONTRACTOR”) for PROVISION OF
MLNG TIGA ACID GAS INCINERATOR (AGI) + GAS TURBINE (GT) INTEGRATED STACK FEASIBILITY STUDY
(the “WORK”).

This RFQ shall be read together with documents as below:

a. EXHIBIT I - SCOPE OF WORKS
b. EXHIBIT III - CONTRACT PRICE
c. Standard General Terms and Conditions
d. EXHIBIT V - HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENT

2. JOB/MATERIAL DESCRIPTIONS
CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Feasibility Study specifically for Incinerator
+ Gas Turbine Integrated Stack covering mechanical hardware modification
of Integrated Stack into two (2) separate individual stacks to meet single
equipment monitoring for Acid Gas Incinerator and Gas Turbine and hardware
modification of current individual Acid Incinerator (AGI) & Gas Turbine (GT)
sampling points to meet DOE CEMS guideline version 7 by maintaining AGI
and GT Integrated Stack configuration.

The expected deliverables from this Feasibility Study are as below:-

i. Data collection and review of as built drawings, datasheet etc.

ii. Scope required to implement both mechanical hardware
modification including high level constructability study.
iii. Technical risks associated to the modifications
iv. Cost estimation of the mechanical hardware modification (+/-
50%)
v. High level schedule of the mechanical hardware modification
vi. Final report of feasibility study of the mechanical hardware
modification

Once awarded, CONTRACTOR shall be able to response to COMPANY

inquiries with regards of progress of the feasibility study. The CONTRACTOR
shall provide bi-weekly progress report of the feasibility study.

The CONTRACTOR shall attend to the COMPANY needs for any discussion.

The CONTRACTOR shall produce and submit detailed report of feasibility

study used for COMPANY review and approval.

3. CONTRACT PERIOD
Twelve (12) weeks from Purchase Order (PO) Issuance Date.

4. SCHEDULE FOR EXECUTION OF WORK

WORKS shall commence on the EFFECTIVE DATE as stipulated in the
Purchase Order (PO). The WORKS shall be completed within the
CONTRACT PERIOD.

5. RELATED EXPERIENCE
CONTRACTOR must have minimum one (1) past experience in conducting
feasibility study specifically for Acid Gas Incinerator + Gas Turbine Integrated
Stack covering both of the following:
1. Mechanical hardware modification of combined stack into new
individual stack
2. hardware modification of current sampling point to meet DOE CEMS
guideline version 7

6. COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARD GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONTRACTOR shall comply with Standard General Terms and
Conditions.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF CONTRACTOR

8. OBGLIATIONS AND RIGHTS OF COMPANY

Refer to ARTICLE 12 of Standard General Terms and Conditions

9. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Refer to ARTICLE 16 and EXHIBIT V of Standard General Terms and
Conditions

10. INVOICING AND PAYMENT

Refer to ARTICLE 7 of Standard General Terms and Conditions

Payment shall be made within (30) days after receipt of undisputed invoice.
