DIANA DANIELLE'S ILLNESS STUDY

Anxiety Attack
“OUTSIDE YOU LOOK
FINE, INSIDE YOU ARE
COMATOSE,”
shared her personal journey
with “burnout”. However, there
remain fans who believe the
actress is overreacting and
have labelled her as “lazy”
despite her long list of
responsibilities. She went on to
explain the cause and effects
burnout has on one’s body,
sharing that it is not something
that people should brush off.
She advised fans to not wait
too long to identify the signs, as
once burnout and exhaustion
becomes chronic, it’s difficult to
escape the cycle.

Symptoms
The symptoms propped up
one after another such
excessively sweaty palms,
severe insomnia, racing
heartbeat, restlessness, loss
of appetite. She knew it was
impending on her but she
thought she could fight it.
She started having
asthmatic symptoms,
tightening of the chest and
very shallow breathing, her
ribs and the muscles around
her back ached from just
trying to get a full breath.

Anxiety Disorder
"LIVING WITH ANXIETY IS LIKE BEING
FOLLOWED BY A VOICE. IT KNOWS ALL YOUR INSECURITIES AND
USES THEM AGAINST YOU. IT GETS TO THE POINT WHEN IT'S THE LOUDES
VOICE IN THE ROOM. THE ONLY ONEYOU CAN HEAR."

hospital), no family members came to pick them up. So, we
get the ambulance to send them back. But when they
(family) see the patient coming home, they lock the doors
and windows. Pretending like they are not home”.

“They believe that if something is wrong with the patient,

there’s something wrong with their genes so that is why they
