Helps Achieve My Personal Success. I created this
acronym, and my team voted to keep it. I am also on
Career Ladder now. This leadership position includes
MAP PLC membership. I am one of the MAP team
representatives and I am the English MAP coordinator.
I work with all English teachers to effectively proctor
MAP testing, strengthen understanding of data
collection and reflection, and answer English-specific

I am continuing to develop my leadership role and
taking on additional responsibilities this year. I have
been a key member of accountability for MAP testing,
CHAMPS, and communication this semester - I provide
timely support in a friendly and professional manner

or need additional clarification and support to bolster
a school culture that upholds excellence, community,
and integrity. I am working with colleagues and
supervisors to make sure that all students are deeply
supported to achieve academic and personal
