SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, HAZEL JOY DEQUILLA PARTISALA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident
of Block 1A Lot 19 Acacia Street Greenville Subdivision, Kaybagal North, Tagaytay City, do
hereby name, appoint, and constitute, JONJON HIWATIG GUEVARRA, of legal age, single,
Filipino and a resident of Block 10 Lot 3 Hyacinth Street Sannera San Pablo, San Antonio 2, San
Pablo City, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to do the following acts, things, and deeds, for
and on my behalf, to wit:

1. To claim and receive my Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) from

Philippine Savings Bank (PS Bank) pertaining to my Mitsubishi Mirage with Plate No.
NBY8939; To process my documents at Land Transportation Office (LTO) and to
process the cancellation of chattel mortgage with Registry of Deeds;

2. To sign, deliver and execute all documents and papers in pursuance of the foregoing
authority;

3. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry
out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to
be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-
in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
