Services:-
-Act as host to DEFM's Finance Software
-Provide local backup storage
-On Demand Backup & Restore
-Unlimited support on remote, onsite (within Klang Valley), phone
email support,8x5x4 hour response time
-Include backup software w/ subscription licenses
-Will provide yearly documentation support on the backup support
activity
-Remote support would be highly priority support method and it will
consider a process of verification for minor or medium issue
identification and troubleshooting. Onsite Support would be considered
if unable to perform a Remote support for a major issue or critical in
which the issue is affecting the coverage items and that is required
immediate onsite action. Any other onsite support would be case by
case basis upon request by either both parties
-Onsite Support if is required and limit to the case that are related to the
coverage item only. If Onsite Support is required that are not specified in
this Maintenance and Support Contract is considered out of scope and
necessary charges where applicable
