BREAK THE HABIT

One of the bad habits that I have to overcome is getting up late. Because it has caused a lot of impact
on my health and work, I need to make changes to make my life better.
I broke my habit with some of the following actions. First I went to bed earlier because I know the
importance of getting enough sleep, I went to bed earlier so I could easily wake up early the next day.
Moreover, going to bed earlier helps me have a deep and quality sleep. Second, I implemented cyclic
sleep. Each good sleep will have 5 different stages, the time for a full cycle is 90-100 minutes
depending on the person. I have balanced my sleep and wake times to match that sleep cycle, thereby
helping me to wake up more easily.
After a period of 2 months of maintaining this plan, I was able to wake up at 7 am, I know for many
people this is a lag, but for me, it is much better than before. I have had more time to take care of my
health and life. I will continue with this practice.
