Reflection
Physical education is important because this helps not only in physical but also in social and
mental aspects. The physical aspect of PE is perhaps the most evident advantage of the discipline.
Obesity, low muscle tone, a lack of energy, and sedentary lives are among problems that many
individuals face in today's culture. P.E. teaches learners how to overcome physical problems that afflict
our society and, in many cases, themselves. Students may frequently see physical changes in their
bodies as they engage, which will boost their self-esteem. Those who participate in P.E. understand the
value of good social relationships from a young age because in sports, in order to be successful, students
must engage positively with one another. The few benefits I mentioned gives us an indication that P.E.
shouldn't be treated as the least subject or the least important part of the academic curriculums. In
other words, Physical Education should be considered as one of the core subjects.
