The COVID-19 pandemic has brought disruptions into the world. it rendered and continues to emit changes
in the different dimensions of society. In the Philippines, there are constant attempt to mitigate the spread of
the virus but still the number of cases is rising. Taking into account this scenario, answer or comment in the
following:
A. Educational Setting
With the onset of COVID-19 pandemic, there is a shift from face-to-face class into blended form of learning.
A class with 50 students was affected by this. There are 47 students who opted for e-copy modules and the
remaining 3 students opted for hard copy modules. This is the case because most of the students are capable
for online class while a few are not. Since almost all students are capable of online learning, the professor
has lectured through online. This has left the few students to understand the module with less instruction
coming from their professor. What is the ethical issue in the story? Why? If you are the professor in this class,
how would you address the situation? Why?

B. Society Setting

Since quarantine measures are implemented in the different places in the country, couples need to stay into
their homes. And because of their interactions, there are numerous pregnancies that were recorded by the
Commission on Population. Among these are unwanted ones. What is your stand into this? Would you
practice safe sex to avoid unwanted pregnancies?
C. Medical Setting
There are already COVID-19 vaccines transported to the country. The Department of Health (DOH) has
started doing the vaccination to the frontliners. Information were disseminated so as to orient the public
regarding the pros and cons of having vaccinated. If you are one of the member of frontliners, will you submit
yourself for vaccination? What can be the possible issues regarding this case?
