A RESOLUTION APPROVING/ADOPTING THE BDRRMC RESOLUTION NO. 01 S-2023

OF BARANGAY PULOG, BUUG ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.

WHEREAS, the BDRRMC of this Barangay submitted to this august body its Resolution No.
01-S-2023, A Resolution approving the re-alignment and release of barangay Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Special Trust Fund CY-2022 amounting to Forty Nine Thousand
Five Hundred pesos for the formulation of the BDRRM Plan covering the period of CY 2023-
2027

NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Hon. Ricardo A. Camas duly seconded by Hon. Vergilio H.
Taray, it was.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approved , the BDRRMC of this Barangay

submitted to this august body its Resolution No. 01 S-2022, A Resolution approving the re-
alignment and release of barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Special Trust Fund
CY-2022 amounting to Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred pesos for the formulation of the
BDRRM Plan covering the period of CY 2023-2027.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang

Barangay for their Appropriate action and/or adoption and to other concern office for their
information;

RESOLUTION ADOPTING BDC RESOLUTION N0. 01-S. 2023

A RESOLUTION APPROVING/ADOPTING BDRRMC RESOLUTION NO. 01-S.2023

WHEREAS, R.A. No. 10121 Section 2(f) states that the State shall adopt and
implement a coherent, comprehensive, integrated, efficient and responsive disaster risk
reduction program incorporated in the development plan at various levels of
government adhering to the principles of good governance such as transparency and
accountability, and it is the inherent functions of the Local Government Unit to design
plans and provide framework for helping persons at risk to recover from impact of
catastrophes;

WHEREAS, there has been presented for consideration and favorable approval, adopting BDC
Resolution NO. 01-S-2023 a resolution approving/adopting BDRRMC Resolution No. 01-S-
2023.

NOW, THEREFORE, On motion by Hon. Teresita G. Dalumpines and duly seconded by Hon.
Micel D. Manguda it was.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approved and adopt the BDC Resolution No. 01-S-
2023, a resolution approving/adopting BDRRMC Resolution No. 01-S-2023.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this Resolution to the LDRRMF Office and other
concerned office for their information and appropriate action.

 BDRRMC RESOLUTION NO.01-S-2023

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RE-ALIGNMENT OF THE BDRRM SPECIAL

TRUST FUND CY 2022 AMOUNTING TO FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR
THE FORMULATION OF BDRRM PLAN OF BARANGAY PAMINTAYAN, BUUG,
ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, the BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT

COMMITTEE of this Barangay approve to allocate amounting to Forty Five thousand
Pesos for the Formulation of Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan
CY 2023-2027;

WHEREAS, the BDRRM Committee decided to formulate the BDRRM Plan of

Pamintayan for the year 2023 to 2027;

WHEREAS, the BDRRM Committee decided to allocate amounting to Forty Five

Thousand Pesos (45,000) for the orientation, workshop, data gatherings and Planning
process;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion by Hon.Sadon D. Mabol and duly seconded by Hon.

Romulo T. Mariño ,it was,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the re-alignment of the

BDRRM Special Trust Fund CY 2022 amounting to Forty Five Thousand Pesos for the
Formulation of BDRRM Plan of Barangay Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Barangay Development

Council Offices for their information and appropriate action.
