1. based on my experience where I live, the BLT funds provided were not on target, there were still

the BLTs.

Solution:

My advice is that everyone should be surveyed before receiving BLT assistance so that the funds given
are right on target.

2. Corruption or embezzlement of funds.

There are still many village government officials who embezzle BLT funds or corruption by falsifying
data and falsifying stamps, for example when an official wants to make a project he asks for funds that
exceed what should be this is quite dangerous if allowed to continue can cause collapse a country.

Therefore, the government must supervise and make regulations so that when a project is to be carried
