Simple present:
A: We water the plants.
P: The plants are watered.

Simple past:
This tree was hit by lightning, but
fortunately my house wasn’t damaged.
These trees were hit by lightning.

A: My brother broke his car.


P: His car was broken.
Present perfect
A: My father has bought two cars.
P: Two cars have been bought.

Present continuous:
A: My mother is cleaning the rooms.
P: The rooms are being cleaned.

Regular: damage damaged damaged


Irregular: drink drank drunk
