    Dear James Wang,

    Re: School cookout competition

    St. Mary’s will be hosting a school’s cookoff competition on October 27th, 2023, at the
    school’s compound. This competition is one of the fundraisers we can planned this year and
    will start at 8am to 8:30pm.
    We are inviting your company to send a team to participate in the competition. Each team
    will comprise of 5 persons. The categories for the competition are taste, presentation and
    preparation. We have attractive prizes for winners. Prizes for 1K to 11K
    There will be tickets on sale and we hope you would be able to assist in selling some tickets
    to your employees. Tickets cost $250.00
    Below is a list of the other projects that we hope to be able to complete in the next five years.
