LAC SESSION NARRATIVE REPORT

(Mental Health and Psychological Support)

To revisit mental health and psychological support, Lenok Madalum ES

conducted a LAC Session on Mental Health and Psychological Support at exactly 1:00
in the afternoon, November, 2021. Mrs. Hazel Pantallano was the one who conducted
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and who led the prayer. The purpose was
stated by Mrs. Rowena A. Jemera. The statement indicated that the LAC session aimed
to protect or promote psychosocial well being and/or prevent or treat mental disorder.
As the session started, Maam Jemera showed slides about the topic stated. The
teachers participatively listened to the discussion.
Mental health is essential to everyone’s overall well-being. The things that we do
physically also impact us mentally, and it’s important to be aware of both physical and
mental health. In this way, we can achieve overall wellness. 
The session ended exactly at 4:38 in the afternoon.
