Proceedings:

 At 10:00 a.m., Mrs. Vivian P. Maglasang, the school principal, called the meeting to order. on May 30, 2022.
 Roll call was taken by Ms. Arrabelle M. Tamayo, and all 14 teachers were present.
 Mr. Ian Manuel S. Gerona led a prayer to start the meeting.
 Teachers were urged to follow safety precautions at all times.
 Everyone was greeted to the meeting by Mrs. Vivian P. Maglasang, who then immediately discussed the agenda.
She tasked committees with the various tasks.
 Charisma Mae Lucmayon, Luchie Playda, and Iris A. Mata provided stage decorations.

 Server of food-Josephine Pareno and Irene P. Agudo
 Lei-Maribel Arellano and Annaliza Gabonello
 Also addressed were the dates. 29th of June, 9:00 a.m. was scheduled for the Baccalaureate Mass, and then
classes 1 through 5 would participate in the Recognition Program in the afternoon.
 The graduation and moving up ceremony, on the other hand, was set for June 30, 2022, from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
 The teachers offered some recommendations and explanations following the conversation.
 At precisely 11:30 a.m., the meeting was adjourned.
