The problem that has been expressed was that the only reason that working from home would
be a challenge is that is the recipient of the remote changes would need internet connection to
perform their tasks attend meetings etc. However, not all individuals have access to internet or
technology which suits the job that should be performed, according to the text about 80% of
Americans have highspeed internet with the rest of the 20% lacking the technology to do so. In
my opinion management operations and technology factors that contributed to this issue were
unknowingly hiring employees which do not fit the requirements. Employees who usually work
these jobs are more likely to be older adults working full-time. However, if a problem arises the
employee will be less likely to get it solved right away being alone as people in the same room
tools. The role that information technologies played was very important as remote work can
only be done with such software and equipment however, the problem which was previously
addressed in question 1 which is not having access to such equipment to begin with would not
be solved due to personal issues. The solution would not be successful as the recipient of the
opportunity would not be able to work as they would need equipment to do so in the first place.
3. As companies start to migrate into remote work from in person, working from home will be the
dominant way of working in the future the reason being as two years have already passed by
since the pandemic began companies had to quickly adopt a new way of working and
communicating through technology, doing so they have realized the cuts that they can make
due to no office etc. As companies continue to do this, they will most likely start accommodating
employees that require equipment as it would be less costly then running and maintaining a
