1. Inputs
1.1. Human Resources - These are the workers/employees that will be in charge of
producing our goods.
1.2. Ground Pork Meat - This is the meat we chose to use in our nachos.
1.3. Shake Powder - This is the main ingredient for our beverage. We’ll be offering a
variety of flavors in our shake, including Chocolate, Rocky Road, Cookies &
Cream, Bubble Gum, Mango, Melon, and Buko Pandan.
1.4. Flavored Powder for Fries - This is needed for the flavoring of our fries. We’ll
offer Cheese, BBQ, and Sour Cream as our flavors.
1.5. Nachos Crackers & Ready-Made Fries - These are the ingredients that are also
vital in making our product. We’ll be using these ready-mades in order to save
time in preparing the product, and Crackers for the making of Nachos.
2. Process
2.1. Sourcing the Goods- The group will purchase raw produce (powdered flavorings,
sugar, oil, ground pork, nachos, and fries) from our canvassed affordable
suppliers.
2.2. Production Standards and Cleanliness- In preparing the products, the group shall
ensure sanitary handling of food and observe clean spaces all throughout the
production process.
2.3. Hand tools and equipment - this will be required to complete tasks and job
orders, which will boost a worker's accuracy and output.
2.4. Cooking - To turn the inputs into outputs, we need to fry the fries and ground
pork meat and turn them into edible products. As for the shake powders, we need
to blend them in a blender to turn them into shakes.
2.5. Packaging - Customers wouldn’t be able to eat the products properly without
proper packaging. After cooking the products, the group needs to put them in
proper packaging to serve them to the customers.
3. Outputs -
3.1. Nachos (cheesy) - these will serve as our crackers and cheesy nachos is our
main flavor that we’ll offer.
3.2. Chocolate, rocky road, cookies & cream, bubble gum, melon, buko pandan and
mango - are the shake flavors that customers can choose from.
3.3. Fries (cheese, sour cream, and barbecue)- this will be one of our main snacks
that perfectly pairs well with different flavors.
3.4. Cheesy Nachos & fries, Cheesy Nachos & Fries with shake, Fries & Shake,
Cheesy Nachos & Shake - These are the combos that we’ll offer.
