Instructions:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil (about 1 tablespoon) and let it
melt or heat up.

Crack one or two eggs into the pan, making sure to keep them separate.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

Cook the eggs for about 2-3 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. If you prefer your eggs
well done, cook them for an additional 1-2 minutes until the yolks are firm.

Use a spatula to carefully remove the eggs from the pan and serve immediately.

Repeat steps 2-5 for additional servings.
