Additional and Supporting Remarks


Highly motivated Deck Cadet. Working with him I felt he was missing basic familiarization regarding
deck department and everyday job on deck so I was pushing a lot in that direction. Also, we have
Chief Officer passed together a lot of familiarizations which should have been done before ( BWTS, garbage,
drawings, PAL purchasing orders, PAL job orders). He need good control by HoD and he will reach all
targets. As soon as he improve his self-confidence he will be able to work in full capacity.
Master Demonstrate great interest in his further job. Continuous supervision required. Good English skills,
good relationship with Officers and Crew. Hard worker. Next assignment should be as Junior Officer.
Appraisee Feedback I agree with above mention assessment of Chief Officer and Master during these 5 months I gain
knowledge from All Deck Officer and Master pushing myself showing strong will,hard work and interest
to learn and to be responsible future Deck officer.
