NARRATIVE REPORT
Last week March 11, 2023, we had our fifth face-to-face class for NSTP 102. I was
tasked to bring coloring materials since our instructor told us beforehand on our GC that we are
going to have a big group task. I arrived at the classroom at exactly 9:20. Definitely, I was late.
Once I arrived, our instructor told us to bring out the materials so that we could start our big
group task.
As usual, it started with the NSTP opening ceremony which consisted of Opening Prayer,
the National Anthem, Panatang Makabayan, the National Motto, and UC Hymn but sadly I didn’t
get to join it. Our task was to create a transect walk and cover it with a plastic cover to label
which was the fire-prone area and other legends. This day had no discussion, but it taught us the
value of cooperation and creativity. All my groupmates contributed and did their part. Our
classmate Louise always criticized our group’s work, but it was just poking for fun, so we also
poked fun at their work.
After finishing our transect walk, our groupmate Lovely, reported it since she was the
owner of the blueprint of our transect walk. We scored 99/100 because we got one legend wrong.
All of the other groups nailed their report, but one group got a perfect score and it was KC’s
group. Finally, we signed the attendance and the class was dismissed.
