INTRODUCTION

Coronavirus named after its appearance. Corona means “Crown”, The virus outer
layer is covered with spike proteins that surround like a crown. The COVID-19 or
Coronavirus is originated in an animal and mutated that cause illness in humans.
Several infectious diseases have been traced in the past, most of them originated in
animals. COVID-19 emerged in December 2019, and in last March 17, 2020. Enhanced
community quarantine was implemented in Luzon to control the virus. ECQ and other
community quarantine regulations ended in November 15, 2021. COVID-19 has mild to
severe symptoms and sometimes asymptomatic. This virus can only diagnose via
laboratory test. This virus is hard to trace or diagnose because some or most of the
symptoms of COVID-19 can be caused by other illness. COVID-19 can be treated at
home and this is only applicable if the infected patients is asymptomatic or only
experience mild symptoms. For severe cases, it should be treated at the hospitals.
Wearing face mask, face shield and sanitizing our hands are some of the preventions
we can do to protect ourselves against COVID-19. People who get infected by the virus
are fighting for their life because this virus is fatal especially to the senior citizens and
to those who have comorbidities such as asthma and other respiratory illnesses.

DISCUSSION OF RESOLVE

As we adjust to the new normal as a result of the coronavirus, we endure new

challenges. Some changes had a significant influence on our lives. Not only do we suffer
physically, but we also suffer emotionally. Our physical and emotional health are being
affected as a result of these changes. As we adjust to the new normal, we must also
adjust to the government's protocols. We've been through a lot, but we're still
surviving. As a Filipino citizen and student, it is my duty to obey the bare minimum of
health measures in order to protect oneself against coronavirus. Wearing a mask, a face
shield, a one-meter social distance, and frequent hand washing are some of the most
important health protocols that we must adhere to. We also have anti-coronavirus
vaccinations on hand. Vaccination is now permitted for children aged 12 to 17. To fight
coronavirus, we can only rely on vaccines and minimal health procedures. We can
defeat the coronavirus if all citizens observe and respect the regulations.
As Lloyd said, this pandemic will most certainly become an important part of our
life, much as past plagues that devastated Britain, such as the dance plague, the rat
plague, and so on... This pandemic not only killed thousands of people but also scared
a thousand hearts due to many losses and left out our memories marked with this
terrible pandemic, but thinking about the future outcome would not solve this problem,
though a good view of what's to come may give us courage to fight forward, as to my
resolve we can only solve this problem with cooperation and protection, but as we
progressed in 2022 it seems that idiots do persist in on destroying a lower streak on
cases. The so-called "Poblacion Girl," or the bringer of the omicron variant in the
Philippines, did exactly that; she brought the variant to the Philippines due to her
uncooperativeness; this was a clear example that without cooperation and protection,
destruction was unavoidable in this pandemic; my point here is, please cooperate!.

CONCLUSION

 I therefore conclude that coronavirus is deadly even though it’s intangible.

 I therefore conclude that vaccines are our main protection against coronavirus.
 I therefore conclude that health protocols are just an added protection for us.
 I therefore conclude that cooperation is a must in this pandemic.
 I therefore conclude that physical and mental health is abused in this pandemic.
