SUBJECT :Final Investigation Report: Re Stabbing Incident that Resulted

the Death of BRAVO PABLO y Santos

1. Reference:

2023.

2. On February 25, 2023 at 10:20 pm, at 129 Peñafrancia Avenue, Naga City,
one Bravo Pablo y Santos, 20 years old, single, a college student and a
resident of the said place was stab by identified suspect Leo Rosal y Cruz, 28,
single, jobless and a resident of Zone 5 Balatas, Naga City with the use of
kitchen knife.

3. Immediately upon receiving of the report PNP officers of NCPO Station 3

led by PO2 Ramon B Rosales, PO1 Ronaldo G Sanchez, and PO2 Bob T
Landino proceeds to the place of the incident to conduct investigation over the
case. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was on his way to san
Mateo Street when the identified suspect Leo Rosal y Cruz stabs the victim
three times and the victim sustained multiple stab wounds on his back and
was rushed to Naga City Hospital for medical treatment. The incident
happened because of money, 40,000 pesos that the victim borrowed from the
suspect months ago and that the victim refuses to give back the money to Leo
Rosal y Cruz.

4. The suspect Leo Rosal y Santos was arrested by PO2 Ramon B Rosales,
PO1 Ronaldo G Sanchez, and PO2 Bob T Landino and brought to Naga City
Police Office, Station 3 while the victim Bravo Pablo y Santos were

immediately brought to Naga City Hospital for medical treatment but he died
while being confined.
5. A case for murder under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code has already
filed against the suspect Leo Rosal y Cruz.
