Position Name : AGM Industry Expert Healthcare

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for all aspects of managing strategic planning process, development and growth of profitable
new business opportunities in Healthcare.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Formulate mid to long-term industry digital solution transformation blue print based on market
research and industry trends.
 Consulting & partnering with stakeholders to generate business opportunities and establish
MOU/MOC with industry players.
 Identification and Establishment of industry delivery partner eco systems.
 Program manage industry business development and GTM.
 Partake in relevant industry association, events, activities and conferences.
 Collaborate with Sales to define industry’s customer journey in rationalizing the customer
oriented offerings.
 Deliver roles in collaboration with industry solution consultants.
 To provide vertical business requirements that is sufficient for Solution Consultants to translate
into technical requirements & architecture.
 Act as business development expert who is a recognized leader for questions about respective
vertical and all relevant topics and discussions.
 Lead the project management for onsite product enhancement, expansion, and improvement
projects.
 Responsible to develop, implement, and monitor the vertical sector go-to-market strategy in
alignment with TM ONE company strategy and in collaboration with key stakeholders in sales,
solution, strategy and product in TM ONE and TM Group.
 Serve as an expert on understanding structure, challenges, and business drivers of lines of
business within vertical sectors to transform our go-to-market strategy.
 Enable our vertical sales team to grow existing accounts and capture new business by
developing effective and industry-specific sales strategies and customer business discussions/
engagements.
 Accommodate and embed a thorough sales qualification and pipeline management process
through the development and maintenance of executive and senior-level customer relationships
at key and strategic accounts.
 Lead by example by being highly visible through direct customer engagements and related
vertical stakeholders in the field; promote new business initiatives as well as participate in
closing strategic deals.
