2021 DIVISION OBSERVANCE OF THE FILIPINO VALUES MONTH

1. Pursuanl to the Declaration of the Filipino Values Month through Presidential

Proclamation No. 479 dated October 24, 1994, which aims to strengthen the Filipino
culture, values and ideals that are Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Makakalikasan al
Makabansa, the Schools Division of Batangas Province, through the Curriculum
lmplementation Division, encourages all schools, public and private, to hold
meaningful schooFbased aciivities for the whole month of November.

2. With its theme this school year, Pagpapaunlad ng Pagkatao, Pakikipagkapuwa al

Pananampalataya: Hamon sa Panahon ng Pandemya, the celebration aims to give
time to reflect and create moral awakening and national consciousness on human
values that are distinctive, genuine, and positively Filipino. lt also seeks to sustain and
revitalize the practice of caring for others, treating others with respect and dignity, and
assisting others to become better people, especially in these pandemic times.

3. Activities will involve learners in all grade levels (elementary and secondary: JHS and
SHS), learners'family support and teachers that will display their talents in creative
arts even in these pandemic times. Attached herewith is the suggested matrix of
activities for each key stage/grade level-

4. Further, the activities will be strictly virtual as the division exhibits strict compliance
to IATF protocols. Links to be used for the school's culminating. activity should be

5. Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Districi Coordinators, in cooperation with all school

heads, are requested to submit a narrative report and pictures on the conduct of the
month-long activities on or before December 10, 2021 through this drive:
