I. IC Nomenclature. Given the part numbers, identify the device names and
package designators.
1. MC74HCT365ADTR2G
- This device is a high-speed hex buffer with 3-state outputs and two common active-low
Output Enables. When either of the enables is high, the buffer outputs are placed into high-
impedance states. The HCT365A has noninverting outputs.

2. SN54LS00FK
- Quadruple 2-input Positive-nand Gates
3. UA74LVT244N
- Low Voltage Bicmos Technology from UA Fairchild
4. TC74HC08AFN
- Logic Gates Quad 2-Input
- The is a high speed CMOS 2-INPUT AND GATE fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS
technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while
maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The internal circuit is composed of 2-stages
including buffer output, which provide high noise immunity and stable output. All inputs are
equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.

5. LM321N
- The LM321 is a low power single Operational Amplifier with a high unity gain frequency
and a specified 0.4-V/µs slew rate, the quiescent current is only 430-µA/amplifier (at
5V). The LM321 is available in SOT-23 packages.
