BY GOAL

I. CURRICULUM GOAL

 LIP/RRP was not properly implemented


 Learners have poor retention in english and Filipino
 Pupils’ study habit skill was not developed
 Lack of parents, monitoring in school and at home
 Non exposure of the learners to the media technology
 Insuficient supply of supplementary reading materials
 MOOE budget is limited
 Student interaction with teacher is limited
 Pupils absenteeism is high
 Not oriented on the significance of the contest

II. STAFF MANAGEMENT GOAL

 Teachers performance in teaching English and Filipino did not meet the needs of the pupils
 Teachers have limited engagement in trainings and seminar
 Minimal relevant trainings offered
 Teachers, media devices is limited
 Unprepared teachers to conduct LIP
 Poor classroom management
 Teaching pedagogies and strategies in the new curriculum were not fully adopted
 Poor in the delivery of the subject matter
 Lack of teaching materials
 Teachers are lack of trainings for competition
 Teachers have limited time for a practice
 Teachers/coaches are not oriented on some mechanics of event
 Teachers have a hard time to conduct performance output

III. LEARNING ENVIRONMENT GOAL


 Learning environment is not conducive to learning
 Physical structure inside the classroom not well-organized
 Location of chairs and tables are not suitable for effective class interaction
 Classroom is congested with school properties
 Pupils are not organized
 School rules and regulations were not fully organized
 Discipline on pupils was not strongly organized
 Distance from school is very far
 Pupils have a lot of household chores
 No potential pupils for a particular event
 Lack of encouragement from the teachers
 Limited number of pupils participate the competition
IV. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT GOAL

 Old comfort rooms are not usable/not safety for the pupils
 Insuficient water supply
 Inadequacy of comfort rooms to accomodate number of pupils
 Hazardous structure of school canteen to the consignee and pupils
 Food display is not safety
 Unorganized school documents
 Difficult to locate important documents
 Performance day of pupils was not properly facilitated
 Absence of audio facilities

V. COMMUNITY LINKAGES GOAL

 Parents’ attendance to school activities is very poor


 Policies were not strictly imposed
 Very busy on their daily routine
 Strong bonding activities with school-community were not established
 Lack of time to organized activities due to overlapping of activities
 Lack of financial to fund the activities
 Don’t have time to follow up or visit school
