School Learning Continuity Plan

SY 2021-2022

I. INTRODUCTION:
The education system is profoundly affected by COVID-19 pandemic. It has brought extraordinary challenges and poses
urgent and prolonged threats to the health and well-being of the population worldwide and has affected the educational
sectors. Despite the implementation of plans and procedures on how to contain the virus, the infections are still
continually rising and no one is exempted to acquire such virus.
The education sector is one of the highly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic . However, to sustain and provide quality
education amid this global crisis, the new normal should be taken into consideration. Face-to-face learning is greatly
disturbed and we are now adopting different kinds of learning modalities just to ensure the delivery of quality education to
all Filipino school children. Thus, the Department of Education is making BE-LCP available to all who have an interest in,
and unfailing commitment to education.
The School Learning Continuity Plan is adhere to prioritize the continuity of learning through flexible learning delivery
options using different modalities with emphasis on distant learning because the right to education of every child is non-
negotiable and is protected by law.
Thus, the San Vicente Elementary School of Matanao I District will continue to follow the mandate of the Department of
Education and is committed to serve the community. Our School-Based Learning Continuity Plan is our guide to
implement the programs and activities of the department without sacrificing the mental health of students and teachers.
