LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN

S.Y 2021-2022

1. BACKGROUND

The country is beset with the COVID-19 pandemic, which capitalized tremendous changes in its social, economic and education strata. The health
emergency crises had adversely effect changes in Educationn in terms of learning delivery resources and environment. Human engagement systems operation
and resource allocation have been altered. It revealed a different direction for priorities and way- forward plans in the world of teaching and learning.

The Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan of the Department of Education ( DepED) as presented is hereby adopted the essential points which are
as follows; opening of classes, adoption of various learning delivery options such as but not limited to face to face, blended learnings, distance learning, and home
schooling and other modes of delivery shall be implemented depending on our local COVID risk severity classification, and compliance with minimum health
standards.

Amidst these changing dynamics, meeting the Educational needs of every learner remains at the core, that is the learners’ right to Education remain
protected and non-negotiable. True to its constitutional mandate of providing ACCESS to basic Education Learning Continuity Plan was conceptualized.

Hence, Sacub Elementary School, Hagonoy I District, Division of Davao del Sur, in response to the BE-LCP, had come -up with a contextualized
learning continuity plan. It is a roadmap of how education would bring about a sense of normalcy in our learners in times of crisis in the school.
