VT loop:

1. Check wire tightness in each terminal.

2. Check that all voltage terminal blocks are connected.
3. Inject 3-phase unbalanced voltage on VT core.
4. Disconnect the terminal block and check no voltage on the multimeter/relay.
5. Note the voltage measurement displayed on the relay.
