PHYSICAL INVENTORY OF SCHOOL PROPERTIES

1. The resume of the Annual Physical Inventory of School Properties will be on

February 10-23, 2022, following the attached schedule. This is in compliance with
COA Circular 80 - 124, Paragraph IV.

2. All School Heads, through their Property Custodians, shall prepare the
Inventory Report of Properties according to the following classifications: National,
SEF (Local Government), and Donations (one copy each).

3. All schools shall submit and upload the Summary (Annex B) of the Report on
the Physical Count of Property, Plant and Equipment (RPCPPE) and Report on the
Physical Count of Inventories (RPCI) on or before February 9, 2022 at
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1R4mu6VVrl6wUbbcAMQyoCgS0GG550Ox
q?usp=sharing. The separate sheet per PPE account classification, i.e.
Communication Equipment, Office Equipment, Furniture and Fixtures etc. is based
on the 2015 Revised Chart of Accounts.

5. All schools must follow the Guidelines and Procedures in the Conduct of
Physical Count of Inventory, Recognition of PPE Items Found at Station, and
Disposition for Non-existing/Missing PPE Items, for the One-Time Cleansing of PPE
Account Balances of Government Agencies based on COA Circular No. 2020-006.

6. School Heads are enjoined to personally conduct a pre-checking of school

properties to determine the accuracy of the inventory reports and are responsible
for any discrepancy in the report or loss of property.
