stake in ODA, a company active in the Green Economy and in the Circular Economy that enhances
the waste deriving from the incineration of municipal solid waste through applications in green building
and green roads.

In particular, Gruppo EcoEridania has acquired 80% of the share capital of the company that invented
and patented Matrix, a family of certified secondary raw materials used in all green building and green
road sectors for production, among others, of cement and manufactured articles in cement, concrete
and bituminous conglomerates.
ODA, whose products have a significant environmental impact and for the reduction of CO2 emissions,
has a production capacity of 400 thousand tons thanks to 2 plants in the provinces of Pavia and
Ravenna, as well as a Research and Development center focused on expanding application of the
Matrix range in the various building sectors.
