Human Resources Administrative Assitant

Responsibilities:

 Assist with benefits administration for field employees


 Follow company-wide employee standards and procedures in observance of local and federal
laws
 Assist with field employee workers compensation and unemployment claims matters
 Coordinate communication with insurance brokers and carriers relating to the company’s
field employee insurance policies
 Adhere to departmental and company policies and procedures, and administer consistently
 Maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially when dealing with highly sensitive privacy
data, including health information collected
 Review incoming office mail and distribute electronically to appropriate employees
 Answer HR Department phone line and route calls to appropriate team members
 Assist with department projects, events, and communications
 Maintain office supply inventory and order items as needed
 Coordinate and troubleshoot office equipment related issues with IT department
 Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

 High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred


 Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

 Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time


 Occasionally move about inside an office environment
 Must be able to lift 15 pounds at time
 Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
 Frequently communicate with internal and external clients in-person, and via telephone,
email and video conferencing. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these
situations.
