Assist with benefits administration for field employees
Follow company-wide employee standards and procedures in observance of local and federal laws Assist with field employee workers compensation and unemployment claims matters Coordinate communication with insurance brokers and carriers relating to the company’s field employee insurance policies Adhere to departmental and company policies and procedures, and administer consistently Maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially when dealing with highly sensitive privacy data, including health information collected Review incoming office mail and distribute electronically to appropriate employees Answer HR Department phone line and route calls to appropriate team members Assist with department projects, events, and communications Maintain office supply inventory and order items as needed Coordinate and troubleshoot office equipment related issues with IT department Perform other related duties as assigned
