SUMMARY OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Regular participation in project meetings


 Follow job descriptions
 Preparation of Staffing Management plan
 Defining Position Descriptions
 Resource Acquisition
 Planning Training Need to Develop Skills
 Complete the tasks in given time
 Provide functional expertise in an administrative process
 Work with users to ensure project meets business needs
 Documentation and analysis of current and future processes/ systems
 Identification and mapping of information needs
 Defining requirements for reporting and interfacing
 User trainings
 Manages the support and provision of project tools and standards
 Do not violate company’s policies
 Do not smoke, fight or sleep while on duty

MINIMUM QUALIFIACTION AND REQUIREMENTS MANDATORY TO PERFORM


REQUISIT FUNCTIONS:

 Minimum first class Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institute


 Computer Literate(Basic knowledge of using email, printing and other basis services)
 Basic knowledge of MS Office tools(MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel etc)
 At least have 3 or more years’ experience in relevant field
 Should carry a cell phone with balance for emergency calls
 Should have a working internet connection at home for checking regular emails related to
the project
 Should participate in team meetings arranged by Project Manager
PHYSICAL FEATURES:

 Must poses a dynamic and pleasant personality


 Height and weight must be reasonable
 Vision must be clear for smooth working

DEMOGRAPHIC FEATURES:

 Age should be above 23 years


 Minimum first class Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institute
 At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field
 Male
 Good communication, teamwork, coordination & technical skill

PERSONAL FEATURES:

 Well mannered
 Positive attitude
 Good behavior
 Punctual

ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

 Must have sound health


 Must be psychologically fit
 Must not be a drug addict
