That this Memorandum of Agreement shall take effect from August 2023 and expires

on May 2025 renewable every two years thereafter upon mutual agreement of the
parties herein. Should the First Party desire to pre-terminate this Agreement, a notice in
writing shall be given to the Second Party 3 months before the actual termination.
Provided further, that should the Second Party desire to pre-terminate this Agreement, a
notice in writing shall be given to the First Party 3 months before the actual termination.
