The students will be introduced to the various roles of
American Indians, whites, enslaved African Americans,
and free African Americans in the Revolutionary War
era, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson,
Patrick Henry, the Marquis de Lafayette, and James
Lafayette. I will start to talk about the American
Revolution and the roles of the American Indians,
whites, enslaved African Americans, and free African
Americans in the Revolutionary War era, including
George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry,
the Marquis de Lafayette, and James Lafayette. After
going over the lesson I will make a group project and
each group will be assigned a group of people/
person we went over in the American Revolution. Each
group will make a Kahoot game with 10 questions. We
will be working on the Kahoots in class. I will be
walking around the groups and making sure they
know to log into Kahoot and know how to make
questions. At the end of the week all Kahoots will be
turned in and will be presented.
This Kahoot game should include the following
● Create an account on Kahoot
● Do some research or look at our notes to help
make questions
● Make sure to have 10 questions about your
person/people
● Make sure it relates to what we are learning
