Key Responsibilities:
• Understand customer’s business to be able to explore opportunities and help customers
meet their business objectives.
• Understand product and solutions and to be able to demonstrate our value proposition
effectively to customers.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams, maintaining short and long-term business plans
• Help grow the business overall within the allocated customer base via lead generation.
• Handle cold calling, up-selling and cross-selling like business development activities.
• Good at seeking opportunities.
• Be well-versed with the internal sales process.
• Provide all sales support as per the business requirement.
• Understand customer requirement and attend meetings on a day-to-day basis to build
strong customer relationships.
Qualification Criteria:
• MBA fresher - Marketing, Sales, IT, or relevant field
Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong relationship building, customer analysis and negotiation skills.
Performance Goals:
• Able to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
• Ensures timely response to internal and external stakeholders.
