variable also and profile variables such as: age, gender, length of service, civil status, and
Sanchez (1980) said that the process of descriptive research goes beyond mere

Survey form of study specifically school survey were employed with the main
independent variables and the dependent variable. To be able to gather necessary data,
unstructured interview and questionnaires were used in this study. Five sets of instrument
will be utilized namely: Personal data, Teachers Stress Questionnaire (TSQ), Coping

will be confidentiality with their answers. The non structured interview will be conducted
The data were gathered, analyzed and computed through the use of excel
weighted mean and the Pearson’s product moment coefficient of correlation were used in
describing and analyzing the objectives of this study. The data were organized and
presented in tabular form and some pie chart for descriptive analysis.
The subject of this study was the elementary teachers in Bangkal Elementary

Data Collection
After land preparation and application of vermicompost twice a week for 8 weeks,
the researcher will measure the plant height of L. sativa on the 9th week, days to first leaf
growth and number of leaves grown every seven days for 3 consecutive weeks in each
treatment and replication. The researcher will also record the total weight in grams of the

of each treatment. Tukey’s test will also be used for comparison and validity test.
