Hello , 

I am working with DLS to update and fix my leave statuses so that this error in the system could be
remedied. I recently began suffering from permanent blindness in one eye and was on medical
leave due to this issue. I should have never accumulated so many hours of upt and am trying to get
it worked out now so my true hours are reflected in the system.
