the citizen of this country.Culture is the collection of beliefs and

practices that govern people’s interactions within an established
community. Our language is very important part of our culture. This is
the way of communicate to each other if we don’t have language how
we communicate to each other. Also we have dialect that can justify us
that you came from cebu because you speak “bisaya”.

Cultural identity is heavily dependent on a number of factors including

ethnicity, gender, geographic location, religion, language, and so much
more.  Culture is defined as a “historically transmitted system of
symbols, meanings, and norms.”  Knowing a language automatically
enables someone to identify with others who speak the same language.
