RE: NOTICE OF TSP CONTRACT TERMINATION

As per the conditions of our Independent Service Agreement, please allow this letter to serve as a
termination of your Travel Service Agent contract effective March 30, 2023. Based on our Management
investigation, you have failed to maintain a pleasant relationship with other Travel Service Providers
including Team Leaders.

1. Relationship with COMPANY personnel

1.1. The TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDER shall maintain pleasant personal and official relations with
other professionals and other TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDER and management. The TRAVEL
SERVICE PROVIDER’s relationship with the COMPANY and its clients shall be characterized by
teamwork, open communication, continuous learning, and professionalism. The TRAVEL
SERVICE PROVIDER shall study and understand the COMPANY’s policies, keep a positive
attitude, and refrain from disparaging the relationship between clients, other TRAVEL SERVICE
PROVIDER, administration, and management.
