EMPLOYMENT LETTER

We are pleased to employ you to join our growing team as the Customer Service Officer
with effect from June 1, 2023. As Customer Service Officer, you are responsible for
facilitating communications within the office and handling interactions with our customers.
You are our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class
customer support experience. It is important that you maintain professionalism, patience,
and “people-first” attitude (amongst other qualities) as these are essential in maximizing
customer satisfaction.

At M3 Media, we foster a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment. You may be

expected to carry out other assigned responsibilities as may be required by management.
We trust that your wealth of knowledge, skill, and experience will be among our most

You would be eligible to receive a gross monthly salary of N40,000.00 (Forty Thousand
Naira) only. Please note that this offer is on probationary status and may be reviewed at
the end of the probationary period of six (6) months. It will be based on your ability to meet
performance expectations and your capability to the increase the profitability of the
company through your services.

Your work hours will be 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, but could extend beyond this time when
required to complete a given task.
